I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. 「Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! 」
