Ausgezeichnete Lage für alle belangen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Leider ist die Wohnungs nicht ausgestattet wie im inserat angegeben. Fernseher und Backofen nicht vorhanden, spülmaschiene fällt ständig aus. Abfluss in Küche und Bad bei Ankunft verstopft (Equipment zum rohr selbst frei machen ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung wurde teilweise renoviert. Beziehungsweise wurde diese mitten in der Renovierung abgebrochen. Farbreste auf den Möbeln. Wackelige Stühle.. Leichter schimmel. Nicht funktionierende Steckdosen, bzw stark beschädigt. Sehr schlechte Bodenübergänge. Renovierung abgen

Arnaque!!!! Appartement à l'abandon

Cela a mal commencé avec l'absence de réponse de la part du propriétaire à nos sollicitations diverses... J'avais lu un très mauvais commentaire datant du mois de juin qui nous avait malheureusement préparé à ce que nous avons trouvé. L'appartement était sale et sentait mauvais: la faute au frigo sale et malodorant mais aussi à la poubelle non vidée et au contenu pourri. Cuisine cassée : four micro-ondes non fonctionnel, porte du four cassée et déboitée, éléments de meubles absents, tiroirs sales (tâches, miettes), vaisselle incomplète (3 cuillères pour 5 personnes !) et sale (poêle graisseuse, verres tachés...), table de la cuisine couverte d'une couche de graisse. Salle de bain: pas de rideau de douche, cabine de douche moisie, chasse-d'eau cassée (non fonctionnelle), robinet d'arrivée d'eau des toilettes qui fuit, lavabo bouché et qui fuit. Chambres: manifestement un dégât des eaux car tâches de moisissures sur les murs. Cour: portillon sans serrure, donc cour donnant sur rue ouverte en permanence, emballages dans les pots de fleurs, cadavres de bouteilles entre les sièges. Télévision mais pas de télécommande ! Que dire de la "déco"? On a l'impression que les propriétaires ont commencé à retaper l'appartement mais ce sont arrêtés au milieu. J'ai pris des photos des lieux et ai tout envoyé à Abritel pour réclamation. Frais Abritel compris, nous avons payé presque 200€ la nuit: c'est scandaleux ! L'environnement est sympa, la jolie petite plage est effectivement très proche.

Do NOT stay there

NOT recommendable in any way. Avoid this if you can. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The pictures in the description do not match the reality. A list of our experiences from a 3 nights’ stay: This appartment is dark and humid, which were ok, if it was CLEAN, but it WASN’T. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting; blue cleaning agent was generously spread in the shower and the toilet, but neither were clean. The bed linen had stains, black hairs and other dirt all over them (as well as the bathroom). The towels were very dirty and looked as if they had been used to wipe the floor and then folded up again. There was no shower-curtain. The toilet didn’t work properly, tended to get choked and was to be flushed by means of a wire left over from the electric installation. Some parts of the appartment were renovated, but it was left undone halfway through and never really finished or properly made. The electric installation was very questionable and unprofessional on many outlets. After we contacted the hosts, they just answered that everything should be clean, so either they have a very bad cleaner or they lied. After offering to send someone with a shower curtain (that we never received), they just ghosted us. On the second night some guys suddenly stood in the small courtyard in front of the windows and looked in (the gate can't be closed + there are not blinds on the tattered windows). This appartment could be nice, if it didn’t lack any form of care or cleanliness.
