"Our host was very easy to communicate with, and was very quick with a response at any question I had. I felt nothing short of safe being in the property. The walk ability is beyond amazing, you have your choice of restaurants, pizzerias, grocery and Ramen. I’m always nervous about being in someone’s place (is the neighborhood safe, is the place going to be clean, etc). I’m happy to report that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and an even better host! "

"I paid and reserved the property for a week. A day prior to my checkin in date, I emailed the owner for check-in instructions. He emailed me back and stated that the property was unavailable during the time of my reservation. I requested a refund. I was partially refunded, and still have not received a full refund. The owner did not cancel the reservation which would have prompted my refund."

Carpet is far from new. “Quiet”-property on Main Street with 5-25 cars driving past a minute at 35 mph. Hardly quiet. “Newly renovated” don’t expect the new smell, had to purchase air fresheners as smells terrible. Black mold around bathtub and faucets were likely new in 1980.
