This delightful 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor in an enviable position overlooking attractive gardens and the fantastic Bellaluz swimming pool. The Bellaluz central plaza is just a short stroll away where you will find a number of boutiques, a pharmacy, well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is comfortably furnished throughout and is equipped with satellite television, broadband and air-conditioning in the lounge. There is a separate dining room leading onto the balcony which gets the afternoon sun until it goes down.

The main bedroom overlooks attractive gardens and has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen has an oven, double fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils.

Ideally located beside the pool and restaurants. Apartment is dated and some items needed to be replaced. Air conditioning was brilliant and the two fans for the bedroom was prefect to us cool during the very hot stay.I would return to this property.It was basic and suited all our requirements. Judy the property manager was excellent and sorted everything very quickly with our stay .

La urbanización es bonita y tranquila para descansar o relaizar cualquier actividad El piso está bien pero el servicio d limpieza deja mucho q desear Cualquier problema t lo solucionan al instante , una llamada, y acuden d inmediato En general bastante bien El piso pese al calor es muy fresco al margen de q disponga de aire acondicionado y ventiladores La playa más cercana "la cala" está muy cerca ,aunque demasiado masificada ,el baño está genial La manga está muy cerca , ferias para niños , aunque se dentro d la urbanización hay un restaurante , llamado "SI" q dispone de camas elásticas y varios artefactos para la distracción de los más pequeños
