“Our weekend at the Rustic Retreat was perfect. We stayed for an out of town softball tournament. Check in was extremely easy. Jen was immediately available as we had a tiny hiccup at check in time. She was friendly and checked in to make sure the rest of the weekend went smoothly. The house was cute and clean. Very cozy. Love the camp vibes. My kids LOVED fishing off the dock. The many decks were perfect for relaxing with a drink and dinner after a long day of softball. The property was well……

“I had an incredibly relaxing weekend at this little cabin. It was cozy and clean as can be, and everything appeared as listed. For such a little place it’s packed full of amenities, and the setting of the woods and pond is beautiful and tranquil. Even the outhouse was clean and had motion sensor lights for nighttime! Danny, the host, was super friendly and responsive with any of my questions, and check in/check out was a breeze. Will definitely be looking to come back next year!”

“The property is simply wonderful. Beautiful, kept up, spacious, comfortable, and on a great piece of property. The constant backdrop of water gurgling through the rocks was a nice backdrop to the woods and water. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. About the only negative has nothing to do with the property but more the general setup: Since you're on an island surrounded by water, you had better believe that the mosquitos are out in force! “Picked this location due to the trails. We had all purpose motorcycles and a side by side. Did not disappoint! House was clean and welcoming. Definitely pet friendly! Host had beds and bowls for dogs!”
