「For what it is and where it is I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Yes it's dated but that's part of the charm of this place. It's vintage vibe was great and was reminiscent of the good ol days of Route 66! The staff was great, the location was great for us! There was a lake that was close enough to walk to and fish in. The early fireflies were so cool to watch as well! We'll return to The Best Budget Inn every single time we are in the area!」

「HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

「Check in was easy. We didn’t have wash cloths and none were available until the next morning. No shampoo, tissue box only had 3 tissues. The floor was dirty and the refrigerator was wired to a wall switch, so we cut the switch off and it caused the refrigerator to cut of and almost ruin our medicine that has to stay refrigerated. Kids that obviously belonged to the manger were loud and playing in the hallway before 9:00 am. I had to dodge balls, kids, and riding toys in the hallway.」

「We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom.」
