The property itself is well appointed with beautiful artwork and nice swimming pool. We had a lovely ocean view balcony. The breakfast is over the top. So good and lots of options. Staff generally not friendly or helpful. Did not offer to assist bags up or down the hotel steps for guests in their senior years. WiFi practically useless. Kept dropping out "
