「Understandable it is a rental property and things are going to get worn down. Its time for this place to get fixed. It could be a really top notch little place. Example weeds overgrown, holes in drywall, shaky dinner table, stains in furniture, carpet. No control over furnace? Linens and Kitchen were clean It was doable for us. We made It work and slept well. We mostly just needed a place to rest and we were out the rest of the time. Great location next to Old Town Springs and Manitou great...

「We were looking forward to returning back to our old neighborhood. Unfortunately, the house was in really bad shape. My daughter and I cleaned the house everyday in ordered to stay in that location. Its a long journey up the stairs to the top of the rental unit. Living with multiple sclerosis, I specifically called the Host prior to the booking to confirm the property was accessible. I was told, "there is a few steps to the house." There is no way for a person with a disability could even climb...

「We had an enjoyable stay. The location was nice with restaurants and breweries within walking distance plus a farmers market on Saturdays. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the front patio could use a sweep and a hose off so it can be enjoyed but everything else was great.」
