"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."

"Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. The only complaint we had was our room key kept freezing daily and we had to get a new one 2x and on the third day a new person, who was very helpful, said previously whoever made our keys kept doing it for 1 day only. Which isn’t the worse but definitely an inconvenience. We were also there for 4 days and not once did we get any room service. I’m not sure is that’s something you have to ask for but never had that happen before."

"Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever! "
