Large, rustic country house 300 m a.s.l., detached from the 14th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. In the hamlet Cristina 2.2 km from the centre of Castana, 28 km from the centre of Pavia, 84 km from the centre of Milano, on a slope. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn, courtyard. Stepped path to the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km. The pool is located across the street in approx.100 m distance on another estate with 5 living units (same owner). Please note: possibility of e-bike rental. Half day or full day e-bike tour, with lunch in a characteristic restaurant (extra).
