Beautiful, cosy country house "Francigena", surrounded by trees and fields. 9 apartments in the residence. 6 km from the centre of Castelfiorentino, 3 km from the centre of Castelnuovo d'Elsa, 30 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a sunny position, 80 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 20'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, orchard (fenced), swimming pool fenced (15 x 9 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: reception, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Roofed, parking (for 12 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 6 km, sandy beach "Calambrone" 80 km. Optimal in der Toskana

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied alles perfekt. Elena und Francesco waren sehr hilfreich. Bei der Ausstattung fehlten lediglich die Geschirrtücher. Die Terrasse war etwas abseits der Wohnung und somit schlecht zu benutzen. Optimale Nähe zur Schnellstraße und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Pool wunderschön, groß und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
