Panoramic VILLA 5 km from the sea, inside an estate of olive groves

Villa Colombaia is a single villa with independent entrance, fully equipped and functional and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of kitchen, large living room with sofa bed that can be divided into two single beds, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, laundry room and closet. Externally you can enjoy the spacious veranda with sea view and the patio with outdoor shower. Private parking.
In the villa: free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, microwave, hairdryer, fridge and freezer. Besides a large common patio, outside the villa, for organized themed dinners.

The villa, restored in 2005, is large, comfortable, well-kept and welcoming. It is located in the center of a 4-hectare property used for the cultivation of olive groves: tranquility, close contact with nature and the possibility of taking long walks. The panorama from the large terrace is special and covers the whole Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is only 10 minutes from the Scopello stacks and the Zingaro nature reserve. The ideal answer for a holiday characterized by the perfect balance between the charm of the countryside and the beauty of our sea.

La casa è immersa in un uliveto, silenziosa, circondata dal verde, fresca ed accogliente, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, compreso un confortevolissimo patio. E' fuori dalla confusione ma in una posizione etremamente comoda per raggiungere sia il paese (Castellammare del Golfo, a pochi minuti d'auto)) sia le bellissime spiagge della costa tra Palermo e Trapani e gli altri luoghi di attrazione della costa ovest della Sicilia (siti archeologici, città...). La gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione della famiglia Giannuzzi completa il quadro. Consigliatissima.

Superbe maison au calme avec vue magnifique

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique maison et nous vous la recommandons sans hésitation. Tout y est !!! Le calme, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et la chambre principale, la décoration intérieure, la douche extérieure très appréciée des petits et grands et la climatisation dans les chambres qui est la bienvenue après les chaudes journées d’été. A noter la propreté irréprochable de la maison à notre arrivée, les petites gourmandises sur la table de la cuisine et la gentillesse des propriétaires. La localisation de la maison permet de se rendre facilement sur les principaux sites touristiques de la région de Palerme et le port de Castellammare est très agréable le soir (bars, restaurants et glaciers). Un grille pain et une connexion wifi plus rapide serait parfait mais c’est du détail. N’hésitez pas à louer cette maison c’est un petit coin de paradis !!!

A wonderful introduction to Sicily

This was our choice for our family's first few nights in Sicily and it was prefect! Maria, Lilia and Donato were wonderful from our first email to our departure and a pleasure to deal with. The villa was clean and spacious with an convenient parking space for our car. We organised for a home cooked meal for our first night and it was magnificient! I would certainly reccommend this to anyone- it's a meal that we will remember forever!
