「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of. 「We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.」

「The view from the dining area was perfect. The included breakfast was amazing and the complimentary ebike rentals were perfect to get around outside of the hotel to catch more amazing views! The food at dinner was perfect. The only thing that was lacking was the bathroom showers. Ours was leaking. Other than that it was a perfect stay.」
