Close to the aeroclub.On the ground floor, we have the kitchen-dining room with sofa bed and access to a large terrace with barbecue.On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower.Equipped with everything you need to have a good holiday.Fully equipped with all kinds of appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster)The complex has a communal pool. You can park for free next to the house.Close to the beaches of Rubina and Empuriabrava.There are supermarkets and shops within walking distance, 15km to Figueras and 60km to Girona airport.
