The room we stayed in (St Helena) was the perfect size and had a huge jacuzzi bathtub, which we used one of the nights we stayed. Unfortunately, the bathroom was freezing cold because of the attic door being inside and there is no proper shower in the room so that was one negative. 「What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained....

There are numerous places to stay but when we went we picked it for location and price when we go back in 2 months we will be picking it for cleanliness, friendliness, convenience and for being pet friendly it was the most accommodating clean outside area I’ve seen in a long time!
