Discover the comfort and beauty of Lake Garda in this spacious two-level flat located directly on the lakefront in the renowned Borgo Gasparina residence.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large terraces with breathtaking views, this accommodation is perfect for large families or groups of friends.



At the entrance you will find a beautiful terrace where you can relax or enjoy breakfast while admiring the swimming pool and the lake.

From the residence you have direct access to the beach and the pedestrian promenade that connects Peschiera to Lazise - both within easy walking distance.



The main floor houses a cosy living area with living room and TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), dining room, service bathroom and laundry area.

Upstairs is the sleeping area with two large bedrooms: one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, WC and bidet.



A panoramic terrace connects the flat to two other communicating triple rooms, each with a double bed, single bed, private bathroom, minibar and air conditioning. Also ideal for a second family or to maintain more independence between guests.



All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with blackout blinds for optimal rest.



The residence is popular for its privileged location directly on the lake, the magnificent swimming pool, the large accommodation sizes and the proximity to the most famous amusement parks in the area: Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld. The charming towns of Lazise, Bardolino and Peschiera del Garda are a short distance away.

Die Lage ist top. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt jedoch zu Wünschen übrig (Ungeziefer). Des Weiteren ist bis 23.00 Uhr Lärmbelästigung durch den in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Freizeitpark gegeben. Der Hof und Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Der Code zum Öffnen des Einfahrtstores hat bis zum ende nie funktioniert, auch bei anderen Mietern nicht.
