Brezza Marina apartment , with sea view, is located on the first floor of the building. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 equipped kitchen, veranda furnished with table and chairs. Well furnished and air-conditioned, it has a washing machine, LCD satellite TV and FREE WIFI internet inside and outside. The Villa has a large garden, a playground for children, a relaxation area and a large barbecue area equipped with a table and chairs, a private parking space.
Notes on the rates :
- Electricity consumption, only for the apartments, is calculated at € 0.50 kw.-
- tourist tax € 1.70 per day per person excluding children up to 10 years.

The host, Mariano Binaggia and his family are very welcoming, friendly, hospitable and helpful. The accommodations are comfortable and spacious and the pool is great.
