Walking distance to Castiglion Fiorentino. Villa degli Olivi is a beautiful holiday villa with attractive architectural features situated just outside Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan town on the hills of the Valdichiana, surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient cypress trees. The origins of the town date back in history. It certainly already existed before the Etruscan period, though it was in the late Middle Ages that it underwent a period of great expansion in urbanistic terms, to reach the present-day layout of the town. Today it's a busy but tranquil town which offers its visitors numerous cultural events planned throughout the year, town festivals and folkloristic shows as well as the many historic and artistic treasures of considerable value. A prestigious villa. The villa is situated on the slopes of a hill looking onto the Valdichiana below and is certainly the ideal spot for anyone wanting to spend their holiday in a suggestive country villa, without sacrificing any of the comforts of modern life. The internal fittings, equipment and furnishings of the house are of an high standard and ensure the maximum comfort. The park immersed amidst olive trees, the swimming pool, the tennis court. Around the villa is an extensive park of age-old olive trees, fenced in and equipped with gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven, shaded car spot and an attractive infinity swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m. - depth 1,20-3,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September). Approx. 2 kilometers far from the house there is a private tennis court to be shared only with the clients of the house COLLINA DEI FIORI and CASALE IL TRECENTO belonging to the same owner. This villa is 100% pet friendly.
GROUND FLOOR: access from the patio equipped for eating in the open and composed of a large sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry room with bathroom with shower and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: can be reached both from the outside stairs and inside staircase and is composed of sitting room with sofas giving onto a panoramic balcony, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with hydro-massage bath. MANSARD: four double bedrooms of which one with en-suite bathroom with shower, two bathrooms of which one with shower and one with bath. EQUIPMENT: Satellite Tv, oven, freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, high chair, iron and iron board, hoover, table tennis, lemon squeezer, moka coffee maker, mixer, DVD player, filter coffee maker, Wi-Fi Internet access, hairdryer.

Dejligt hus til stor familie

Vi rejste med min mands familie og var 8 voksne og 7 børn. Huset fungerede perfekt til os med opdeling af værelserne og fællesområderne. Pool området var hegnet af, hvilket var trygt med børnene. Der var rent og pænt og værterne var super søde og kom med Panna Cotta til dessert en aften. En stor anbefaling.
