「This property is not how it is portrayed on the web. Upon arriving it appeared the exterior grounds outside the cabins were not maintained. I can say that the inside was clean and cozy. There are no televisions in the property, which I knew so we brought our own. Although the kitchen has a stove there is no oven.. There are two old chairs on the front "porch" area. One of the chairs had a exposed rusty nail that my wife did not notice until she sat down and cut her leg. When we went to the area...

「I was surprised as most cabins at rv resorts are full cabins. This is a hard shell tent per se. No water hookups no bathroom. Needed to use bathhouse 100 yds away. Not fun in cold rain at 2 AM. My fault for not doing research. But clue is in Cancel policy. Must modify 7 days before arrival. We paid 3 nts. Stayed 1.」

「This was a good accommodation for our two days in Moab! We arrived late, but check-in information was waiting for us. Cabin was clean and close to the bathrooms/showers, which were very clean. Though our cabin was next to the highway, the traffic noise was not an issue. This RV park is about 25 minutes to Arches. I would recommend staying here!」

「I was so disappointed with this rental. I was hoping for cool mountain rustic vibes and what we got was something closer to 1980's wood paneling and a musty odor. The cabin was extremely difficult to find, especially in the dark and with zero cell service available in the area. 「Fantastic little spot! The grounds are clean and safe. The staff are all helpful and kind as well as the fellow travelers. I am very picky with cleanliness and this place was spotless. Nathan did a fantastic job! The highway can get noisy but it’s white noise level nothing startling. Free white noise machine for me. Infrequent sounds but low. It’s 10 mins out from all the food spots and shops. Would recommend this to anyone headed to Moab.」
