Had a lovely stay here in a very comfortable house. Warm welcome from Johnny and his dad and asked if I wanted some fresh milk for tea once I was shown to my room…always a good sign! My room was beautifully furnished and clean and very bright, with a lovely spacious balcony overlooking the hills. Tasty breakfast and on the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Charming hotel. Like home from home. Lovely homely room with balcony and beautiful view. Comfy bed. The landlord John was very welcoming. Home cooked to order delicious hot breakfast. A taste of the old roadside hotel with a 2 minute walk to town center. Our host, John, is a terrific fellow eager to do anything for you. He has a full bar available to you and makes a nice breakfast as well.

3 Night Business Trip - Ardgort Courtry House

I stayed at the Ardgort Country House for 3 nights whilst on business. I really enjoyed the stay, my room was well equipped, very clean, warm and had a good shower. The breakfast was excellent you must try the Full Irish cooked breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunaty to return sometime soon.

Lovely manager, our queen bed was in a large room with a balcony and outdoor sitting area. The shower has low pressure so that was the only negative. Easy to find and parking on site was great.

Charming

If you’re looking for modern, hi- tech and gourmet food don’t go. If you’re looking for friendly, traditional and original it’s a great place. Nice location, big well equipped rooms and just the best hospitality, memories and laughs with owner John. We stayed on our way to Lusty Beg Island snd it was ideal with an interesting straight and “roller coaster road” down to the lakes. A place to make a memory or few.
