"We stayed here with our 13 year old son for 4 nights in October to explore this part of Italy. The accommodation is great and consists of the main bedroom, a separate room for small dining table, mini fridge and sofa/sofa bed if needed and a large bathroom with shower. This is located in a building owned by Igor. Igor was a great host who allowed us to drop off bags prior to check in. "This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"I enjoyed be on Residenza II Fiere, everything was clean end presentable. Mateus and is wife are very good and available people. there is no concerns was great."

"Marco the host was very helpful and the communication from him before we arrived was spot on.The room was basic,but clean and tidy,bed was comfortable enough with plenty of blankets if needed.The free breakfast was fine,with cereal,yoghurts,bread(toaster if wanted)Plenty of choices of coffee and tea.Accommodation is very close to the train and bus station."

"In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

"Voor een wat langer verblijf mis je wel een klein keukentje (alleen koelkast en magnetron aanwezig). De eigenaresse is een echte dierenliefhebber. Persoonlijk vind ik een 5-tal honden wel wat veel. "A very modern building about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and about 30 minute walk to main shopping area, hotel situated in mostly residential areas so very quiet after 8pm in evening, otherwise fine with supemarket also 10 minutes walk away"
