The property is a cozy (semi-detached small) house with a private garden. It is fully equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smoke and CO detector. But also linen, kitchen and bathroom towels, the basic kitchen utensils, including some herbs and oil and vinegar. It is located just 500 meters from the dunes, perfect for lovely walks and bike rides. The beach is only 4.5 km away, ideal for a day of fresh sea air. A wonderful place to fully relax and unwind.
Castricum is an ideal village If you want to alternate between nature and city life. The house is located only 1 km from the train station with direct lines to various cities; Amsterdam in 25 minutes, Alkmaar with the cheese market in only 10 minutes, but also Haarlem and Zaandam are close by.

The house is suited for 2 to 3 persons, with one master bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.
