Une vue panoramique sur l’Adriatique

La maison est idéalement située en haut d’une falaise dans une pinède au calme, avec accès à la mer semi-privé par un sentier au milieu des pins. La ville de Castro et Castro Marina sont à quelques minutes à pied, les ados peuvent être en totale autonomie.

Einmalige Lage

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer ersetzen dies um ein vielfaches. Wenn das Meer ruhig ist, ist der Einstieg ins Meer sehr gut zu machen. Wir haben am letzten Abend tatsächlich auch noch Delfine gesehen. castro und Castro Marina sind zooöe Orte!

wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Im Haus ist zwar alles, (ausser einem Föhn)! vorhanden, aber die Möbel sind unbequem und verlebt. Der Tisch im Aussenbereich ist morsch, mit einem Plastiktischtuch bedeckt und voller Ameisen. Die Badezimmer stammen aus den 70ger Jahren und sind renovationsbedürftig, die Wasserhähnen tropfen alle und die WC Spülungen funktionieren partiell.

Die Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen. Großzügig ruhig romantisch. Zu Fuß in den Ort und zum Hafen gehen. Die Betreuung durch Olivier u. a. war sehr bemüht. acht Leute in 2 großen Häusern - haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Es ist sehr schön, dass solche Quartiere wie „Perlen“ abseits des Mainstreams erhalten werden.

Casa A si trova immersa nella natura, con un affaccio sul mare a dir poco spettacolare! Fare colazione e cenare sulla terrazza panoramica è il vero plus di questo alloggio, così come la comodissima doccia esterna e la possibilità di tuffarsi dalla caletta privata alla quale si accede attraverso un breve sentiero. L’interno dell’abitazione risulta molto funzionale e spazioso. Siamo stati benissimo e ci sentiamo di consigliare vivamente questa casa.
