Comfortable 75sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor (without elevator) of a characteristic building in the pedestrian area in the center of Catania, a few steps from the Church of San Giuliano.
Ideally located, you can visit the Duomo, the historic center and all the main points of interest in the city on foot!
In the area there is possibility of parking on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
The interior space is so organized:
-BEDROOM: double bed, split A / C, wardrobe.
-LIVING AREA: sofa bed, split A / C, dining table, TV, small table with two chairs.
- KITCHEN: induction hob, fridge, split A / C, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine and kettle.
-BATHROOM: Shower, toilet and bidet.
-OTHER SERVICES: air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: you can enter the courtyard only for loading / unloading. It is not possible to park cycles or motorcycles in the courtyard.
Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.
The apartment is located in the center of Catania just a few minutes from the church of San Giuliano, a district renowned for its Baroque-style buildings. In a few minutes on foot you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic street market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the opera house Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you will come across the many bars, restaurants and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and the world.
In the neighborhood you can find all the comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away is Via Etnea, a renowned shopping street in the city center.
-From the airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Alibus transport with a stop in via Dusmet, 5 minutes walking (450m) from the apartment
Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 15 minutes).
- From the station you have many public transport lines to reach the apartment: 2-5 / 429/449/534/536/927 stop Corso Sicilia 12, 5 minutes walk (400m) from the structure.
In a few minutes walk you can find the stops of the following public transport lines: 2-5 / 429/449/503 / 504M / 534/536/902/927.
-For those traveling by car: The apartment is located in the ZTL area, it is only accessible for loading / unloading. There is possibility of parking on the street for a fee (blue stripes).
Alternatively you can park in the autoparking in via Plebiscito 899 or in via Paterò at Sostare srl, both 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
We will give you advice and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable. For any questions or unexpected we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
Our keyholder will contact you a few days before arrival to arrange a check-in time, give you the apartment keys and show you the house, and will remain at your disposal for the duration of your stay in case of problems or questions.
All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25
From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 30
Check-in after 00:00 is not possible
During check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash based on the number of guests and the length of your stay
