Lovely guest house in gorgeous setting

We loved our stay and the hosts Joanne and David are very kind and accommodating. The house was well laid out and nicely decorated. The setting was just gorgeous. There was lots of room for our dogs to run around. The beach access was on site and the beach walks and sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful relaxing 3BR home! Water views! Kayaks and paddle boat. Quiet area but close to restaurants etc. Very serene well appointed home. Two patios. We will return for a future visit. Owners live on the property and were so great!

The house is very charming and spacious for 6 adults. Great access to the water (Buzzard's Bay) and use of kayaks and paddle boards. The house was well equipped for cooking and entertaining- they even have Cornhole! The owner, JoAnn, lives next door and was very welcoming and helpful directing us to the beach. Pocasset is an out of the way, quiet area of the Cape that most people don't know about- a hidden gem!

Cape Cod in Style

We loved our stay at this property; the view of the cove through the trees fron living room windows was so restful and we were a very short walk to the beach. The patio was so inviting, we spent most of our time around the granite center table just reading or hanging out. We did tear ourselves from the patio to explored the Canal side of the Cape and found some hidden gems to experience.

Best annibirthary weekend with great friends!!!

Absolutely gorgeous spot!! So peaceful and serene. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate but that didn’t dampen our spirits one bit. The hosts did a wonderful job communicating and they couldn’t have been nicer people!! We will definitely return in the future.
