We have a very good experience. The room is clean, tidy and has no unpleasent smell. The staff are very friendly. If it's your first time at the hotel, they will introduce you to some of the hotel's facilities and your rights.

The room smelled of dog and old cleaning products. The door to my room was janky and you could see where it had been kicked in before! Towels wasn’t clean and floor was sticky and slippery. It was my first time staying at this location and it will be my last.

The room was clean but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and we didn’t realize it until that evening and by that time the main office was closed.
