“We came in for a race event. The motel is close to restaurants, the beach, and Publix. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette well appointed with a mini fridge, small coffee maker, plates, cups, and drink glasses. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others!”

The wait staff were beyond exceptional - Belinda, Toni, and the cook (didn't get his name) were just the nicest, most pleasant people you could ask for. We looked forward to going to breakfast every morning. The room was very nice and clean, however one thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the floors. “We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites.”

“This is a great property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. There are a few drawbacks for the price. While the property is air conditioned, there is only one control for all the rooms. This is a bit of an issue if you visit in July like I did. It was unbearably cold in the room because it had to accommodate everyone’s preference at the same time. Also when I read the reviews it said amazing breakfast and that was for me a reason to pick this property. The breakfast is as basic……

“We typically stay at a different property when visiting St. Augustine. Wanted to try a bed and breakfast, and the Kenwood did not disappoint! From the very beginning of communication this property was on top of their game! The amenities, the breakfast ect, it's was beyond impressed! It is located on the quieter side on St.augustine so the walk is further then anticipated, but who cares? This place makes up for that!!! Definitely book them!! ALSO, you get homemade cookies!!! “Ellie welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We stayed in "Penny's Attic" so it was perfectly situated for my daughter and her husband in the main room and me in the alcove. We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. ……
