「Very nice and clean! Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.」

「When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.」

「Loved this property. The host was quick to respond and helpful in our feedback. Thanks!」

「The property was well stocked and very clean. The host was very prompt with communication and very accommodating.」

「Clean and beautiful; we had a really great time.」

「Great place for a family reunion Plenty to do for kids and adults great hot tub. Plenty of eating areas. 」

「The host kept great communication prior to check in and throughout the stay. The studio itself was clean, spacious and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay here again! 」

「This location is perfect for everything we like to do downtown. The host and property manager on site always strive to provide an excellent experience. It's our third time staying here and I hope it will stay around for awhile so that we can return several more times. Thank you!」

「Nice sized unit.」

「Host communicates well and in a timely manner. The pool is not on premises so you need to know that you share the pool with the adjoining property. The villa we were in needs updating and some fixing, but we were mainly there to enjoy Palm Springs so it was a place to sleep. it is close to downtown Palm Springs within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.」

「Double check regarding the kitchen cookware and utensils it you're going to be cooking.」

「Overall such a wonderful stay! Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. I was thinking the pool was on the property but it's outside of the main area we stayed and a little walk. Most likely on me for not reading that part. My family and I had a great stay.」
