Parfait pour skier.

Petit appart parfait pour venir skier.Très bien équipé et pas trop loin des télécabines.Prevoyez tout de même de loué un casier a ski a proximité des remontés si vous avez de jeunes enfants car anec des skis cela peut etre un peu compliqué. Place de parking très appreciable vu la galère en pleine saison.Merci a Chantal pour son accueil.

Tres bon séjour

Très bon séjour chez Chantal et Gerard. L'appartement est tres bien situé. Tout est accessible a pieds. L'appartement est tres calme et bien équipé. Bel accueil et Chantal est disponible dès qu'on a besoin. Bref nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Le petit appartement est bien aménagé et bien placé, seul petit bémol, la trentaine de marche à monter après une journée de balade, sinon tout le reste est ok.

Au top ! Séjour idyllique ;-)

Chantal et Gérard nous ont fait un accueil parfait. Un village authentique, une station familiale. Grâce aux œufs nous avons pu skier toute la semaine. Le logement est situé dans le centre, à pied des commodités. L appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons chez Chantal et Gérard dès que possible Merci pour votre bonne humeur ;-) Benoît et Marie

Centrally located apartment

We stayed at the property for a week.The owner met us on arrival.She doesn't speak much English and our French isn't good so a friend kindly translated for us.The apartment is close to the centre of the village on a quiet, pleasant square.Clean and tidy inside with a comfy bed. Kitchen has all you need . There is a little terrace for sitting on with a lovely view of the mountains . Cauterets is a pleasant town with plenty of walks in the area. We really liked the town and the area .A couple of issues we had - we understood from the owner there would be parking in front of the property but this was not the case.There are spaces on the square but they are always taken, but you can park to drop your things off. It was not a major problem for us as we parked in the free 24 hr car parks . However we feel we were a bit misled with this information as we did query parking before booking.Also where the listing says there is an additional charge for "house keeping " this actually means "end of stay cleaning ." If you don't pay the additional fee then the owner expects you to clean the apartment ready for the next guests .We were caught out by this .We left the apartment clean and tidy as we always do but the owner was most displeased with our efforts as she came in to check before we left . Communication on departure was an issue due to our lack of French and the owner's lack of English .Despite the above two issues overall we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment ,

Location très bien située, fonctionnelle

Excellent accueil de la part de Chantal, disponible si besoin tout au long du séjour. Location petite mais fonctionnelle, propre et très bien située. Notre fille étant souffrante nous n’avons pas beaucoup profité du coin et avons écourté notre séjour mais nous reviendrons ! Par ailleurs commerçants et cabinet médical de Cauterets très agréable aussi.

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux

L'appartement est situé en centre ville, près des commerces et à proximité des thermes. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes et merci pour la tourte aux myrtilles, petite attention que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un seul bémol, les marches pour accéder au logement. Sinon ce logement est à recommander.

Gute Lage, schön ruhig, Dorfmitte ganz nahe, tolle Wanderungen im nahen Umfeld

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Tolle Wanderungen und etwas anspruchsvollere Spazierwege ohne Auto im Umfeld erreichbar. Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, Terrasse hat tollen Blick in die Berge. Nur dran denken: Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind nicht inkl., können aber über die Vermieterin geliehen werden.

If you like the outdoors - this is the place!

Spent a wonderful week here in early July 2017. Excellent weather. Excellent hiking. If you enjoy hiking (or skiing), this is the place for you! Chantal and Girard were available but not obtrusive and wonderful hosts. We enjoyed meeting them and their friend Michel (who helped with some translations) and his delightful wife. The apartment was as advertised and well equipped with cooking utensils. The patio was a welcome spot for the evenings after hiking all day. If you are a serious hiker, check out the 'Course Des Refuges' which is a hiking/running race over 53 km. Wow! Run, don't walk to Cauterets!

Au calme, bien équipé

Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très serviables. Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Des petits plus à notre arrivée qui font penser que nous ne sommes pas juste des planches à billets. Cela fait longtemps que l'on n'a pas eu cette impression en louant chez un particulier.
