Villa Chiara is a completely renovated villa, consisting of two apartments that share a garden and swimming pool. It is located in Cavaion Veronese, in a prestigious, quiet and private residential area. The area is in a strategic position and very well connected, close to services, Verona and the lake.
The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and a second living room in the basement with sofa bed.
One of the bedrooms is located in the basement but is large and bright.
Two bathrooms with shower complete the house.
Outside, a dining area equipped with a parasol, a convenient private parking, a large, well-kept and completely fenced garden and the splendid swimming pool, open from April to October and shared with the other apartment complete the property.
The apartment, which is spread over 3 floors, has a surface area of approximately 120 square meters and the garden of almost 1,000 square meters, representing the ideal base for a totally relaxing holiday with friends or relatives.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Cot linen is available on request at a cost of 10 Euros
No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc.).
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
