Amazing appartment centrally located

The appartment was great and perfect match for a family of 5. Centrally located to the beach and shops, Modern and well inventoried and with an amazing rooftop terrasse. Good information from the owner and easy check-in.

Again a wonderful stay. Marvellous apartment and location.

This was our second stay in the apartment. Again we found everything in perfect order. Everything clean, perfectly equiped and comfortable. The owner is really interested, that the guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The apartment is centrally situated near the city centre and harbour but completely private. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. We will return.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage in einem gepflegten Haus. Eigene abschließbare Garage in die ein Golf 7 Variant noch reinpasst. Bei größeren PKW könnte es eng werden oder man lässt das Tor offen. Der schöne Wochenmarkt findet direkt vor der Unterkunft statt, sodass man alle Einkäufe bequem nach Hause bringen kann, ohne den PKW zu benutzen. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat, waren zwei Sonnenliegen auf der Dachterrasse, aber vielleicht läßt sich das ja zukünftig noch ändern. Auf dem TV gibt es leider nur französische Sender, aber damit kann man noch leben. Vielleicht lässt sich das aber auch ändern, denn in Cavalaire-sur-Mer haben wir bereits Unterkünfte mit deutsprachigen Programmen gehabt.Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern bei Rückfragen ist sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La perfection

Une semaine magique dans un appartementtop , la propreté, la vue, l emplacement, proche de tout ( super marché, bar, restaurant, plage, boutique) la literie est excellente et il est vraiment très très bien équipé, les 2 terrasses sont parfaites avec une vue magnifique et tout ça au calme !Nous espérons bien y retourner l année prochaine !

Traumferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement und auch der Rest der Wohnanlage waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Matratzen waren äußerst bequem und die Ankunft und der Aufenthalt waren durch unsere Gastgeber perfekt organisiert. Das Meer ist nur drei Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und der herrlich Strand von Cavalaire und die Küstenwanderwege sind perfekt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien equipé avec 2 belles chambres et 1 grand salon/salle à manger/ cuisine américaine. La grande terrasse sur le toit est super, avec une vue sur le port. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un vrai plus compte tenu des grosses chaleurs qu'il peut y avoir dans cette région. Idéalement situé dans une rue commerçante proche du port, de la plage, mais au calme. On peut tout faire à pied. Un grand merci par ailleurs à la propriétaire Anne-Michèle qui a eu à coeur de répondre rapidement à nos messages et qui a été particulièrement arrangeante pour notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Une semaine dans cet appartement est vraiment trop courte !! Proche de la mer avec superbe vue, proche des magasins et restaurations... pas besoin de la voiture qui peut rester dans le garage fermé. Top !!

Très bonne location avec un appartement très bien conçu et un emplacement plein cœur de ville : tout est à 2/3 minutes à pied ! Balcon et terrasse sont vraiment appréciables. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Merci à eux pour ces excellentes vacances !

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, Besteck/Geschirr, Mobilar. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine individuell zu steuernde Klimaanlage. Zudem ist ein sehr großer Balkon (Stadtseite) und überdies eine sehr große Dach Terrasse mit fantastischem 360° Panorama Blick vorhanden. Zudem kann ein fester Tiefgaragen Platz genutzt werden. Die FeWo bietet viel, wir haben unsere Zeit genießen können. Dank auch an die freundlichen und informativen Vermieter Anne & Eric.

Pour passer de très très bonnes vacances.

L'appartement a l'équipement nécessaire, la terrasse sur le toit est géniale, la proximité de la mer ne nécessite pas l'utilisation de la voiture, les commerces sont proches. la relation avec les les propriétaires a été très bonne. tous les ingrédients pour un excellent séjour.

Schönste Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und noch schöner. Sie ist außerordentlich gut gepflegt und sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind hell und die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen.
