「The marketing of this home is misleading. When I showed interest in renting the home I informed the host that four couples were interested in the home primarily for a Pickleball vacation but unfortunately, the sport court/Pickleball court is not a Pickleball court surface. The ball wouldn’t bounce up at all so we had to go find a local park that had Pickleball courts. The home itself was beautiful inside with comfortable bedding. 「All of the above and more.Jim our host was extremely welcoming. The amenities were great. We loved sitting on the back porch gazing at the mountains and watching the stars at night. In the front of the bunkhouse, we sat and watched the colorful sunsets and listened to the owl close by. So peaceful. The ranch itself was so well kept and the bunkhouse was Awesome! It was so cozy and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay...

「Nice accommodations and amenities, inside and out. Shower pressure is good, but water temperature can fluctuate. Walkable to several delicious eateries and a live music venue. A Safeway grocery store is nearby, and Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are in close proximity. A nice location, with easy travel to and from our various excursions and outings in and around Phoenix. Had an excellent time during our stay, and the host is helpful and attentive.
