I let them know we were unable to stay here and wanted a refund. They acted very understanding and said they were able to refund us if we dispute it with our credit card company. We trusted them and they lied to our face. Today my credit card company said they replied saying...

「It was great to stay here, the beach ⛱️ is really close. And the rooms seemed to be updated recently. The only small inconveniences is parking. They have very limited parking spaces within the hotel property, maybe about 6 to 8 cars max. The res needs to find a spot on the street and could be that the available spot is away from the hotel. It was still free parking but not on site. Other than that we enjoyed staying here.」
