「The staff is absolutely amazing—always helpful, supportive, and kind. Special thanks to the two gentlemen working the night shift and Ms. Hadeel during the day for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service.

「One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a 24-day stay but left around day 17–18 because I simply couldn’t tolerate the conditions anymore. I changed rooms FOUR times because almost every room had serious problems. The bathrooms smelled disgusting, and one room’s smell was so unbearable it woke me up in the middle of the night. Even the last room still smelled like sewage, but I didn’t even bother complaining again because I knew it would lead to another confrontation.
