“El hotel está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado. Hermosa vista. Habitación limpia y con bella vista. Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Magdalena la mejor. Tuvimos un percance en carretera y ella se encargó de ayudarnos a solventar y nos acompañó en todo momento. Felicitaciones porque todo su personal son muy atentos! Más que recomendado. ”

“Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra.”

“We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. For five days. We ended up leaving early, because……
