“Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to……

“Not sure where to start. The first room
We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”
