「I absolutely loved staying here. It has a nice view of the ocean, its a quick walk down to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Its larger than I expected and has a very comfy bed. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could stay here longer. I would definitely come again.」

「great location and adorable town! very easy company to work with. a couple of the overhead fans were not working and needed adjustment so they didn't squeak (2nd bedroom and living room). both beds were very comfortable. the parking spot under the carport is first come, first serve, but that only seemed to matter on the Saturday and Sunday. will rent again!」

「We love Avila and this place gives you quick access to the beach as it is just behind Avila Market. It is tucked in tight behind the businesses that run along the beach. There is a peek-a-boo view to the beach, but we value a quick walk to the beach over a view and a parking spot. Inside is very cute, clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We had four staying there and it was comfortable. There is no A/C but you are just steps from the beach, so go enjoy it. We'd stay again!」
