Lovely Relaxing Week

This was a lovely home with everything needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Hot tub and deck were especially nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were super comfy! Could not have had a better experience.

Great Setup

Family of 4 visiting with another couple - perfect setup with the ADU. Beautiful location where we felt secluded in the redwoods but not isolated. Quiet. Both houses were clean. Great suggestion to save directions because our GPS sent us to the wrong place!

Relaxing family break in the redwoods

We really enjoyed our weekend away, two small families, sharing the house and studio across the deck. Modern Zen is set back from the road and consequently really quiet and feels super secluded. The kitchen was well set up with everything we needed for a family meal. Some really thoughtful touches and little luxuries like a heated bathroom floor! For dog owners, the dog run is secure and a real boon — but be aware that it is on fairly steep, uneven ground at the back of the property, and be alert for ticks (it’s the woods, you know!)

Amazing Place to Vacation.

I took my girlfriend for a Bday get away and it could not have been better. The heated bathroom floor is amazing. The location to the woods to the ocean is perfect. Quiet spot and very clean.

Lovely, Relaxing Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the home. Lots of space for family and dog. Kitchen was well-appointed. Management company was very responsive. We would love to come back and spend more time. Our stay was much too short.

We loved this peaceful retreat complete with redwoods, hammock and large hot tub, river flowing by across the street. The "suite", a second small house on the property, made the place very spacious.

Sonoma Wine and Coast

Loved our stay here - nestled in the redwoods away from the hoards of travelers in more populated areas. Close enough to do a full day wine tour in the Alexander or Sonoma Valley, a Russian River swim and super close to the beautiful Sonoma coast for hikes or trip to Bodega Bay. We loved coming back to relax in the hot tub or stare up at the stars on the hammock. Loved the place - it’s exactly as pictured and would stay again!

Retreat in the woods

Beautiful week spent in the Redwoods

What a peaceful, amazing place to have had the pleasure of enjoying. Birds throughout the trees, fire pit to take the chill away after dark on the private deck, amazing access to the beach (ocean and river), just the perfect well spent at a stunning property.

Kitchen is well stocked. Very comfortable furniture. Great selections for TV programs: Netflix, Amazon Prime,etc. Very quiet area. Really enjoyed the wood fireplace.

Side trip before conference in Reno

The property was great. So quiet and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. Great location for short trips to nearby places and also worth taking a longer drive to Avenue of the Giants. House was well furnished and equipped and full of information for local places to visit. Hosts provided great communication ahead of our stay with reminders while we were there. If we are ever so fortunate to return to the Russian River Valley, we will definitely book this property again.

Redwood retreat

Home is lovely. We had problems with TV but found ourselves outside most of the time. Great proximity to several tiny towns. We took advantage of local farmer’s markets. Would recommend to adults looking for a calm and quiet get away.

Perfect place to go with family; separate lodging for my parents while my immediate family had the big house. Very zen. Beautiful property, stocked game closet, awesome hot tub, hammock and decor. Loved it and would return!

Peacefully perfect

House was immaculate, well appointed and surrounded by beautiful redwoods on a very quiet street. We loved the set up with 2 houses and the deck in the middle. Our three teens loved having their own space. All the furniture was comfy, kitchen had everything needed, tons of windows and skylights so you can see the redwoods from any place inside. Truly a gem! Will definitely return!

Lovely, restful home in the trees

We had a lovely rainy weekend at this house. We agreed that this is the best-documented vacation home any of us had stayed at. It's very well set up for guests. We appreciated the separate suite, the heated bathroom floors, and the hot tub. It was too rainy to use the outdoor hammock, but we hope to return another time to enjoy it. Overall, this was a great vacation home and we would happily rent it again.

Relaxacation

This place definitely will provide a relaxing vacation! House and suite were both very clean and organized making it easy to find everything! We loved hanging out on the deck with charcuterie and wine and meals by the fire pit. Living room in the main house was cozy and a great place with a large flat screen to watch football on Sunday. We all loved our stay and highly recommend to others if your looking for relaxation.
