“I travel a lot through Kentucky. I started staying in this area several years ago and Baymount by Windham in Elizabethtown is where I have chosen to stay each time. The location, availabilities and staff are great”

“It's a room you can get for cheap; but room smelt heavily of tobacco smoke, flooring was coming up, TV didn't work since it failed to connect to their internet (they used free cable that streams channels), A/C unit was filthy and had mold growing inside it.”

“Staff watched me use the last of half and half in my coffee. The container was not refilled or replaced. Sunday night’s reception required supervision of which there was none.”

“Staff was friendly, professional, very helpful. Room was clean and looked new. Breakfast was the normal stuff for this type of hotel. It was good (waffle mix tasted different but maybe just subjective). Would stay again. Nice location as a lot of stuff was near.”

“We did not stay it was so nasty. From the check in to us leaving and not staying....the whole experience was awful. We were actually given a replacement room after our toilet didn't work which had someone in it ALREADY. The next room smelled like carpet cleaner so bad we left.”
