“The townhouse was clean with updated home decor. It fit the needs of my family for our week long stay. On the other hand, there were some downfalls. First, the kitchen is extremely small and not well stocked with cooking necessities. There are a few pots and pans that might need to be replaced. The pans slide off the really old stove while cooking. Secondly, we were told the day of arrival that the washing machine was broken and they had reached out to the owners for resolution. “Great communication, easy check in. Beautiful courtyard with a pool and nice patio. Two great golf courses right there. Close driving distance to beaches, small towns. Only issue was we couldn’t get WiFi to work, but overall great experience.”

“Very nice townhome that was close to everything. The master bed needs to be replaced, it's concave and shows it's age. The 2nd bedroom has a much newer bed, so hopefully the master will be swapped out soon. We actually moved rooms to the 2nd bedroom as we were struggling to sleep on the master. Aside from that, all in all a very nice place to sleep as you'll be running around during the day. Pro-tip: use Sugarloaf the old course as your GPS destination and then just take the road down to the……

“The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.”

“Perfect location near downtown. Right on US 31 though so road noise is pretty consistent. Also, hospital is nearby so med flight helicopter and ambulance runs were heard at least twice each during our stay. Noise wasn’t so bothersome that I wouldn’t stay here again though. Easy spot within walking distance to many good attractions. ”
