10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, nice beds, and friendly staff. The Breakfast was great both mornings. We stayed here as part of the Iowa Shine Bowl with Shriners also staying here, the hotel was sold out all weekend, but you wouldn't have known it with how well the staff kept up. We will stay here again for next year's Shrine Bowl. The best part was the wonderful shower head, many hotels spit a dribble of water at you, but the flow and pressure were amazing and had plenty of hot water, even with a sold-out hotel with everyone similar schedules. Thank you, Cedar Falls Comfort Inn and Suites, for making our weekend memorable."

"This sweet little getaway spot was everything I needed for a 2-day conference nearby. It sports rustic charm and peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed for my first night’s meal (subsequent meals were had away from property). The host offered a variety of snacks, drinks, or even frozen burritos or pizza for purchase by Venmo. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a built in seat. There were also lovely items available in both the shower and bathroom caddy. I didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked lovely. There is also a smart tv with streaming available and an in-unit air conditioner with remote that kept it nice and cool (and I’m super picky about it being pretty cool). The dogs were also lovely—I asked to meet them and they were all friendly and sweet. I had no issues during my stay but if I had, I know without question that the host would’ve helped resolve it immediately."

"Parking was very good, room was good, breakfast was very good. Fitness Center was really bad, smelled horrible and the treadmill didn't work consistently. The employee was very nice about it but the combination made the room unusable."
