「The area wasn’t what I expected. The grass needed to be treated and backyard needed to be cut. The person that clean the property left their shoes outside , right in front of property, 2 of rhe bedrooms need new mattresses and the sheets in one of the bedroom were horrible. The previous tenants left food and wine in the refrigerator. The bathroom tubs need to have protective installed for the elderly. We had to put towels down so that we wouldn’t slip and fall. 「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「We were in a “suite” and the extra room that had the bunk beds did not have its own thermostat or ac. It was very warm when we got in the room. So had to blast the ac’s in the other room just to keep our room cool. The shower was walk in but it was a large step to get in and out of it. Did not have a hand rail to assist with this.」
