「So relaxing and peaceful. The little babbling brook in back by the firepit was perfect.」

「Great weekend at this house. Very clean.」

「Great property, relatively secluded but also has easy access to many local attractions.」

「We had a wonderful stay! Everything was lovely! We slept so well in your beds too!! Thank you!!!」

「The lake view is lovely. We wish the dock hadn’t been taken out for the season. Helpful suggestions - The kitchen needs to be reorganized and some equipment replaced. Especially the dinner dishes and pots and pans. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Lightning in the bedrooms and bathrooms was not sufficient. Bedrooms need bedside lamps. The living room also needs additional non-ceiling level lighting. The living room photo on the site is not accurate. There were no side chairs in the...

「This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.」

「Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).」

「Jeff was very responsive and knew when we were going to be there. It was obvious he was monitoring to assure we accessed the property without issue (which we did). The 2 bedroom worked well for us. Good water pressure in the shower (a must). In unit washer/dryer, which is handy if you're taking advantage of any of the numerous lakes/rivers in the area. Great location to use as a home base to explore the whole region. I would stay here again.」

「Very comfortable and cozy place close to everywhere we wanted to go.」

「Conveniently located, clean, easy to use」

「We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. 」

「This property was better than advertised. The little things like signs for the cabinets, additional games for the kids, beach chairs and great location made it even better. Matt, the host, was amazing. If we needed something or had a question, he was always available and quick to provide anything we needed. This should be a model of how a VRBO property should be!!!」

「Lovely spot not too far out of the city. Nice large bedrooms for a bigger crowd. Fully stocked kitchen. We were able to use the BBQ with no problems. There was an Xtra tank there if we needed it. The hot tub was an added bonus to end off one of our days. Very much enjoyed our stay.」

「Stayed three nights in Little Traverse Therapy in mid July. This place is awesome! Can’t say enough good things about it. Very clean and is a well kept property. Host is very communicative with her guests. It is in a quiet, secluded area, but you are still close enough to Traverse City, Lake Leelanau, and Glen Lakes areas to enjoy these areas. Hot tub is an added plus! Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here or at another one of their properties again.」

「Great location. Great communication. Clean. Would stay here again.」

「The house was very nice, close to a little public beach across the street. It’s on a really busy road which we didn’t understand but it worked out ok. Kitchen was well appointed. Two nice bathrooms.」
