My place is close to Puerto del Rey Marina for Boat Trips and Tours, Ceiba Ferry, Bioluminescent bay, Ceiba Airport, Los Machos Beach, Charo Frio ( cold river) for hiking, Roosevelt Roads Naval base for exploring, biking, kayaking, diving, and very close to other places such as Biobay tours, El Yunque National Park, Luquillo Beach, Las Cabezas de San Juan Light House, 7 Seas Beach, Vieques and Culebra island's ferry.
This is an experience of a puertorrican life. How do you live here in PR.

All room has AC unit. The house is completely remodeled new built bathrooms. Outside the house there are cameras everywhere 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and safety monitors. The house is very comfortable for families. The first floor has a living room, dining room, 1/2 bathroom and kitchen. In the first Floor has air conditioning. The second Floor has 3 rooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a bath. All of the rooms have air conditioning.

This house was very comfortable the beds and bedding were very soft including the towels. House was clean and modern. Very close to ferry which was the reason i booked it since we had an early ride. The dryer didn’t work so we hung all the clothes in the closet with 2 fans and even the sweat pants dried up. Only problem I had was with communication with owner, he thought I was scamming him when I asked about my reservation, so I had to have customer service help.

Not what I expected
House need a make over and a deep cleaning had problem with the light since I arrive ahead to cancel after 7 days due to no light she was nice to talk to but at the end she was rude saying we had to weight for the light people and if we missed them it was our fault saying it’s out responsible went to have a good time it’s out vacation time will never rent there again bad experience
