「From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain. I entered the lobby to confirm I was at the right place. The lady behind the counter confirmed that I was at the right location and began to check me in. She was very accommodating in finding me a room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the entire experience.She was difficult to understand...

「The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.」

「Totally healthy breakfast, no pork sausage, bacon or ham. In fact there was no meat! I had 2 unpeeled boiled eggs and yogurt with walnuts and cranberries. I would have loved it if the eggs were already peeled. No crowd in the breakfast room. Great parking, clean room. Road construction makes it difficult to enter property during rush hour.」

「Man was it a challenge to make a u-turn during evening traffic to reach the property while traveling south. And the entry was flooded from recent rain. Hope this is improved at some point. I was in a truck and hesitated to drive thru the huge waterpool. Glad I was not in a small car. Good, hot breakfast, clean room, good parking.」

「Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...

「Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well.」

「Charged a deposit for my dog when its pet friendly and then when I checked out Chris stated the money was put back into my card 5 days later nothing yet I call and the person that answers says the room was not left as is!!!! "AS IS " literally did everything but wash the damn linens the time ive stayed with Red Roof ive never have been asked for a deposit for my pet!!!」

「The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep」
