“We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“Great property. Its in t h e woods but close to everythin within 15 minutes. The water is great for swimming with the dive platform out in pond. The acress to canoe and kayaks is a great for fishing or just enjoying the pond scenery. The fire pit down by the water is a great way to close out each day. “Todd's Cabin was delightful in all ways. It's obvious that he has put his heart and soul into thoughtful cabin design, and maintenance. Probably for the first time renting a vacation spot, we didn't need to contact the owner for a single thing. All utilities and appliances worked well. “This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!”

“Been camping in the area for 30 years, thought we would try Vrbo. This place is rustic but very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Close to all our memories. Very accommodating for a rather large dog. The price is very affordable. Wish we had brought our bikes because the neighborhood is very quiet.”

“Great location, very comfortable, quiet area. Great access to everything in the area. The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
