“Did not spend a night there. Facility was unacceptable for 80 year old guests. Communications did not explain entry was through a lockbox and not an electronic box. Did not say cabin was parking was in a pizza facility parking lot. Did not explain that the shower/tub was high and not low and was inaccessible to anyone that might be slightly less agile than an athlete. Tub access was blocked by faucet and valves and wet tub was very slippery and was a safety hazard for elderly. ”
