"Wonderful hotel in every respect!"

"Tony was very responsive. Had some issues with the washing machine and he helped troubleshoot them. The place seemed clean on the surface but as we stripped the beds as part of the check out procedure we discovered otherwise. Tony did respond to our discovery and was very apologetic and assured us the issue would be addressed. "

"This hotel was fantastic! I've been a fan of 21c for years, and this one does not disappoint. Everything about the visit was easy. The room was clean, well-appointed, and designed for ease. The art was interesting and I liked feeling immersed in it every time I walked in. There is seating throughout the hotel that invites you to slow down, spend some time with the art and relax. They have reusable water bottles and water bottle filling stations on each floor. The staff were great too. We had dinner at The Hive restaurant, which was delicious and the staff were superb. We really enjoyed Wyatt, with whom we had a great conversation, and gave local flavor to our visit. It was the perfect place to spend 3 days. "

"The pool & hot tub area were fabulous! The temperatures were great, and the space was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. The different spaces in the house made it possible for everyone to both be together, and spread out to be entertained. Communication with host was excellent, and check in & out was simple. A perfect place for our group of 16!"

"Host was fantastic! Quick to respond and help when needed at check in. House is in great condition with lots of extras added. It was perfect for our family of 8 staying for a few days. The kids loved the welcome basket and all the games! Would definitely recommend!!"
