Great space

Large house which accommodated my extended family well. Overall, it was wonderful and had just about everything we needed. We ran into a few issues, but we were dealing with a death in the family and didn't contact the host for resolution.

Centerville Getaway

This house had a great set up. Private Main Suite, plenty of living space, and a nice outdoor patio, in a pretty and quiet neighborhood close to the beach and downtown Hyannis. We loved it!

Perfect home for our group of 3 couples, two singles and one happy dog! The set up is ideal: master BR/BA on one side first floor, two room and a full bath plus a half bath on other side of first floor, and two bedrooms with shared full BA on second floor plus two connected living room areas. We could all be in same house but not on top of each other. Made for very cofortable stay. Well equipped with all we need for a family reunion week. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family reunion

This house is well designed for groups. The bedrooms are placed so that you are not on top of each other: one side of the first floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite; the other side has two bedrooms with a shared bath and a separate half bath; upstairs has another two bedrooms with a shared bath. There are also two living room sitting areas. The house is well located for easy access to the beach, downtown Centerville and Hyannis. At the same time the community the house is in is very quiet and restful. An all around winner.

Cape living at its Best

We loved the old fashioned swings, and the outdoor rockers. We loved the large yard, the quiet, and the beautiful freshwater pond. We loved how easy it was to get to the store, ocean, beach, and ice cream. We loves the spaciousness, cleanliness, and excellent indoor and outdoor eating spaces.

Centerville property

The property was perfect for our family stay. We did have to call for assistance with heating the upstairs and have an electrical outlet cover installed as wires were exposed and we had children with us. Once those issues were resolved we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Great place in Centerville.

We found everything to be perfect. Love that there were three bathroom on the first floor. Plenty of room to spread out. AC was excellent split units. We did not use the upstairs bedrooms which had window units. We did not need the upstairs rooms . Great location two minute ride to beach. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. 10 minutes to downtown Hyannis which has great shops lining the street.I would highly recommend

Beautiful Home

Plenty of room for our party of 8 (5 adults, 3 children). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from beaches and downtown Hyannis. The front yard had 2 tree swings, which the kids loved. Garage was full of equipment for outdoor activities (e.g. cornhole boards, basketballs, volleyballs, beach chairs) and back/side yard have room for cornhole. House was clean and well-stocked with cleaning and cooking supplies. There’s also board games and puzzles for winding down at night. Grocery store and mall are just down the road. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend to others.
