It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

“Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk. It was nice that it was dog friendly too,……

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……
