“It is fine for a short stay. Kitchen is limited for cooking, just 2 burner hot plate on counter, small microwave and no dishwasher.
It is a basement apt with considerable noise from people walking around upstairs. Small children running around and up/down stairs. This was during the day and not later than 8:30 or so in the evenings so we ignored it and didn’t bother the owners during our 3 night stay. ”

“Was okay. Found that the extra sheets were just thrown in the cupboard so weren’t sure if they were clean. Also in two of the stays the shower was clogged and the second was even after we had requested they check their places. The communication was almost too much. We go to these places to get away from the phone and they messaged a lot to check up and right after we would check in. Was a bit much but they did respond quickly most of the time when we needed help. The toaster was broke in 2/3……

“Their property was in the perfect location for us. A lot of unique shops, amazing restaurants, pubs, clubs etc within a 5-15 minute walk. Very safe area, very private rental unit. Don’t miss out, if it’s available BOOK IT!”

“It was a comfortable and quiet spot. I had trouble checking in. I didn’t initially get the check in instructions so there was a waste of a couple of hours. Then there were two lamps that had to be unplugged because the on off switch was broken. Lastly, try to brighten the lighting in the vestibule. ”

“We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy.”
